This would be a section to talk about upcoming activities with detailed descriptions and critical information so everyone knows all the details so they can participate fully. A good example would be the Pinewood Derby. There could have been a nice “flyer” for the event, specs for cars, who to talk to to get your kits, dates and details of the various sub-events leading up to the main event. We could have even had a group chat thing where people encouraged or challenged one another and posted photos of their cars so far. Then after the event it would be a recap with winner’s names, pictures of the winning cars, etc. and we would do the same for each event.
Auxiliary activities would typically be under the start page for the auxiliary but some could appear hear as well.
The Linger Longer would be one where the specific plans for the type of food to bring and even provide a sign-up sheet.
